Ingredients :
- 2 c butter, softened
- 4 c all purpose flour
- 4 c walnuts, chopped
- 1 csugar
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
Directions :
- Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla til fluffy and light.
- Mix together flour and salt, and add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Shape into 1″ balls and place 1 1/2″ apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 min at 325 degrees.
- Cool on cookie rack and then roll in powdered sugar.
