A recipe that I make every day, simple which requires only a few ingredients.
☞ 500 g flour
☞ 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk
☞ 15 g baker’s yeast
☞ 30g butter
☞ 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
☞ 1 C. teaspoon salt
1. Preheat the oven 180 ° C.
2. In two saucepans, heat the milk and butter slightly.
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt.
4.Add the yeast to the lukewarm milk and let stand 15min.
5.Mix the melted butter and the milk with the flour using a spoon, then by hand.
6.Knead the dough for about ten minutes until it comes off your hand. Join a some flour.
7.Let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth for 1 hour to 1:30.
8. Take the dough again and divide it into about fifteen small balls to which you will give a slightly elongated shape.
9.Let rest for a few minutes then bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
