° 1 large sweet white onion
° 2.5 dl milk
° 1 egg
° 200g flour
° 1 cc. garlic powder
° 1 cc. paprika
° 1 cc. salt
° 1/2 cc. dried oregano
° 1/2 cc. black pepper
° 1/2 cc. cumin powder
° Frying oil
*For the sauce
° 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
° 2 cc. ketchup
° 2 cc. horseradish cream
° 1 cc. chilli powder
° 1/2 cc. oregano
° Salt and pepper
* Preparation steps :
- Cut off the top of onion, turning it on on a board & form petals by explain it round root .
- Flipping onion & peeled off layers to know petals .
- Blend flour & spices in a bowl & pass onion through, take care to disperse flour equally between layers. jolt softly to release excess.
- In other bowl, beat egg with milk and put onion in it to coat it well .
- Reiterate process a other time with the flour, Permanently taking care to distribute the blending well between petals.
- Heat a frying bath to 190 ° C . and sop onion upside down for 4 min, turning them on & cooking for another 5-6 min . Permit it to drain on paper towels about 6 min .
- Produce sauce by joining all ingredients, and serving it with onion
