Ingredients

1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup pure honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Season All
6 pieces bacon slices, crisply fried
1 cup sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups Colby Jack Cheese, finely shredded
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Combine mustard, honey, corn syrup, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. Adjust corn syrup to taste. Set aside.
Gently massage chicken breasts with McCormick Season All and let marinate for about an hour.
Fry bacon until crispy, then set aside.
Sauté chicken breasts in a skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Spread honey mustard sauce on each chicken breast. Top with sliced mushrooms and three bacon halves.
Layer shredded Colby Jack cheese over each chicken breast. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with extra honey mustard sauce on the side.
