- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Season All
- 6 pieces bacon slices, crisply fried
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 cups Colby Jack Cheese, finely shredded
- 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine mustard, honey, corn syrup, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. Adjust corn syrup to taste. Set aside.
- Gently massage chicken breasts with McCormick Season All and let marinate for about an hour.
- Fry bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- Sauté chicken breasts in a skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Spread honey mustard sauce on each chicken breast. Top with sliced mushrooms and three bacon halves.
- Layer shredded Colby Jack cheese over each chicken breast. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with extra honey mustard sauce on the side.
