– No…just put the cookies in, and pulse your.F food processor until the coolies are all fine crumbs… then what I do, is cut the block of cream cheese in four pieces, and put the pieces on the top of cookie crumbs, and kee begin pulsing again…it will be easy to see when its ready because it’ll begin to lump up and turn into one big ball of dough-like texture thats really easy to use a cookie baller and then roll onto small balls to dip into melted chocolate… It also helps to chill the balls BEFORE you dip them into the melted chocolate!!
