Ingredients :
- 3 lb. Sirloin Stew Meat
- 3 rbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, Cut Into Wedges
- ⅛ cup Steak Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
- 1 Packet Of French Onion Soup Mix
- ½ tbsp. Horseradish
- ½ tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 8 Oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. Cold Water
- 1 Bag Of Egg Noodles
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Directions :
- Add the oil to a large pot over medium-high heat, and brown the beef in it.
- Mix in the onion, broth, steak sauce, butter, beef broth, garlic, french onion soup mix, horseradish, dijon, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 1 ½ hour.
- Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Cook the egg noodles and drain well.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot, along with the mushrooms and egg noodles.
- Cover and continue to simmer until the mushrooms have softened.
