Ingredients :
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup salted butter
Directions :
- Add sugar to a pan and keep it on medium flame.
- Don’t stir and let the sugar melt. Once the sugar has melted and there aren’t any crystals, use a whisk to stir a bit.
- Add butter to the pan and whisk to mix the butter with the melted sugar.
- Let the butter melt completely.
- Now add fresh cream and whisk continuously to get a homogenous mixture.
- Just cook it for 1-2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Let the sauce cool down completely and you will notice that the sauce has thickened a bit.
- Store it in an airtight container or use it as a topping on ice creams and cakes.
