Ingredients:
-1 unit Lemon juice
-1 tablespoon Chia seeds
-1 tablespoon Honey
-1 ½ glasses Water
How It’s Prepared:
-Soak the seeds of chia for 1 hour until they absorb the water
-Mix and blend all the ingredients .
Drink it every day before going to sleep.
