These easy cheesy chicken and bacon ranch quesadillas are addicting! Insanely delicious, gooey, with the right balance of everything! Taco Tuesday will never be complete without these outrageously delish, mouthwatering quesadillas. Make these with no effort whatsoever and watch these go in a heartbeat! So good you have to make a bunch because everyone will never settle for just a piece.
4 (8”) flour tortillas
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken cut in small bite-size pieces
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
1 1/3 cup Colby jack shredded
2 tablespoons butter
Step 1: Add about 2 tbsp ranch dressing over 2 pieces of tortillas. Spread and top individually with half of the chicken, half bacon, and half cheese. Top them with a tortilla.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Step 3: Place 1 quesadilla and cook until the bottom has lightly browned.
Step 4: Flip and continue to cook the other side until lightly browned.
Step 5: Add another tbsp of butter into the skillet and cook the remaining quesadilla.
Step 6: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
