Very soft and delicious… It really is a cake that doesn’t do anything, unless you count crossing the street to get sugar from the neighbor! LOL! So simple and delicious and WET! Now I have to cut some to take to the neighbors before he’s gone.
I love the way the icing seeps into the cake and makes it so moist. I made holes in the cake to make it easier to soak in.

2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
FROSTING :
1 stick of butter, 113 g
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup of grated coconut
