One of the best desserts you’ll ever make is this Coconut Cake! It’s light and soft, with a sweet coconut taste and a thick and delicious cream cheese frosting to top it off.
For years, this has been a favorite recipe for readers and it’s one of my favorites in my family!
This is sure to be one of the softest cakes you’ll ever make, and you’ll also enjoy it being extremely moist.
YOU’LL NEED:
• 1 LARGE can Of crushed pineapple.
• 1 C. and half of {softened} margarine.
• 3 C. Of sugar.
• 5 large eggs.
• 1/2 C. Of lemon-lime soft drink.
• 3 C. Of cake flour-sifted-
• 1 TSP.Of lemon extract.
• 1 TSP.Of vanilla extract.
• Pineapple Filling
• Cream Cheese Frosting.
• 1 large PKG.Of frozen flaked coconut.
