DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups oatmeal flour.
- 3 large eggs.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- 1 cup melted butter.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
- 1 cup of cocoa powder.
- 100 g melted dark chocolate.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2:
- Utilizing an electric mixer, blend all the liquid ingredients together. Then, incorporate the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Beat the mixture for 7 minutes or until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Step 3:
- Bake for a duration of 30 minutes.
Step 4:
- To prepare a luscious chocolate ganache: Melt 300 grams of cocoa-rich chocolate along with two boxes of cream. Stir the mixture constantly, and add a tablespoon of melted butter.
Step 5:
- Once the cake is out of the oven, allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Then, slice it into two equal parts. Pour the exceptionally creamy ganache over each part.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
