INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup seedless raspberry jam

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a jumbo muffin tin with baking spray or grease and flour the wells. Set it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Cream these ingredients together for about 1-2 minutes until well combined.
