1 roast beef of your choice (use the size of the roast and the amount of vegetables you need to feed your family. I used a 2.5 pound roast beef)
1 box of mushroom cream
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1 can of Coke
Red potatoes, cut in half
Carrots, cut into pieces
Place beef in slow cooker and garnish with dry onion soup mix.
Place vegetables around the roast.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup and Coke in a bowl and pour over the roast.
Put the slow cooker on low heat and cook for 6 to 8 hours. The longer the cooking time, the more tender the meat is.
