Ingredients
- - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- - 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
- - 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- - 1/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- - 1/4 cup dry white wine
- - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 1 teaspoon onion powder
- - Pinch of ground nutmeg
- - Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- - 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
- - 2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish. In a small bowl, whisk together Asiago cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, wine, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutmeg. Pour mixture evenly over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Sprinkle with black pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle additional Asiago cheese before serving.
