INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag shrimp or crab boil.
  • 2 pounds spicy, smoky link sausage.
  • 4 pounds large unpeeled shrimp.
  • 3 halved lemons.
  • 3 pound small potatoes.
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning.
  • 4 corn, cut it to 3-inch pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons parsley.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Cocktail sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add shrimp and crab boil seasoning.
  3. Simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add potatoes and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until they are nearly tender.

Step 2: 5. Add corn, sausage, and more shrimp.

  1. Simmer for an additional 7 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked to your liking.

Step 3: 7. Place the cooked mixture on a large platter.

  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood boil.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of parsley on top for garnish.

Step 4: 10. Serve the seafood boil for 6 persons.

  1. You can serve it with mayonnaise and cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
