6 firm yellow bananas
1 cup flour Melted fat or canola/vegetable oil
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups sifted flour
2 ½ teaspoons salt
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar
4 teaspoons melted butter or shortening
⅔ cup milk
