RECIPE :

CHOCOLATE RICE KRISPIE BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsps soft butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the ingredients, refrigerate for half an hour, and shape into balls.
  2. Chill for at least an hour in the fridge.
  3. In a double boiler, melt one package of chocolate chips.
