Chocolate Delight
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 cup margarine (softened)
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until it forms a crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread this creamy mixture over the cooled crust and set it aside.
- In another bowl, mix instant pudding with milk. Spread this pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top the pudding layer with Cool Whip, adding as much as you desire, and sprinkle a few chopped pecans over the top.
