Cream puffs, very easy to make. I remember making it for the first time as a player, and was shocked at how easy it was to prepare.

I think if there is one lesson to be learned from making cream puffs, it is to make sure you don’t over-bake them, or that they will deflate a few minutes after taking them out of the oven.

the problem! You know I like to bake less than necessary, but these pies aren’t one of those desserts you can do with because you’ll end up with a creamy puff of the egg-like texture. Bah !!
