RECIPE :
CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT OVEN
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g of chocolate
- 200g butter
- 200g petit-beurre biscuits
- 100 g of egg yolk or 5
- 100g sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan and add sugar and softened butter. Remove from heat.
- Add egg yolks to the mixture and crumble small butter pieces into the dough. Mix thoroughly for a homogeneous preparation.
- Transfer the dough into a fairly high mold, such as a charlotte mold.
- Freeze the cake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
- Chill before serving.
