Such a wildly delicious stunner is this ONE PAN chicken with caper cream sauce meal. Sautéed chicken breasts swimming in a rich + flavorful creamy caper-filled sauce.

This dish is similar to traditional chicken piccata but a bit more elevated and even better! Makes the most perfect dinner for weeknights and beyond!

The days are long, but the years are short. Is that the way the saying goes? I know this is intended to be about children (and this is totally true!) but I think it applies to so many other parts of life as well.

Sometimes, I think back to my beginning years of blogging, and it doesn’t seem like that long ago. But then I look at the calendar, and I’m amazed at how much time has gone by.

This Chicken in Caper Cream Sauce is a reminder to me of just how fast the years have gone by. I originally posted this recipe back in 2007.

It’s amazing to think that it’s been over 10 years. Back then, I didn’t have any kids, and I actually remember that meal that I made. And this recipe has remained a favorite since.
