Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread

RECIPE :

Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough we used homemade and let it defrost in the refrigerator overnight
  • 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce divided
  • 1/4 cup of ranch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Toss the chicken with 1/4 cup of wing sauce, adjusting the amount based on your desired spiciness.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and the remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce.
  3. On a floured surface or countertop, roll out the pizza dough into a long rectangular shape.
  4. Evenly spread the buffalo ranch sauce across the dough. Add the chicken and top with both cheeses.
  5. Pick a side and roll the dough up to form a log. Seal both ends to prevent oozing during baking, and place the seam side down on a non-stick or greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow the baked roll to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting it into slices, then serve!

Notes:

  • Adjust the heat level by using more or less buffalo sauce, and consider swapping hot sauces for something more or less spicy.
  • Ensure both sides of the dough are sealed to prevent the filling from oozing out.
  • Serve with a side of pizza sauce, or additional ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
