  • 1 C – Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp – All purpose flour
  • 1/2 C – Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Tsp – Worcestershire sauce
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil or Butter
