• (1 lb) box angel hair pasta
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
• 1/2 cup mushroom (optional)
• 1 (26 ounce) jars tomato and basil pasta sauce
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 cup shredded cheese
