INGREDIENTS:

6-8 chicken cleaned pieces.
1 cup of flour.
2 tsp. of garlic powder.
1 tsp. of salt.
1 tsp. of pepper.
2 tsp. of paprika.
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream.
1 1/2 cups of water.

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the floor and spices and dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture.
In a baking dish, arrange the chicken pieces skin side up.
In a bowl, mix together the cream and water and pour oven the chicken.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, the skin has to be golden brown.
