Wonderful pineapple mousse

INGREDIENTS

1 PINEAPPLE UNIT
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk cream
5 glasses of water
3 cups (tea) of sugar
2 boxes of pineapple jelly

Directions

Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes put in a pot with water and sugar and boil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the pineapple from the water and reserve.
In the water that was boiled the pineapple dissolve the powdered gelatin, wait to cool and hit the blender with the cream of milk and the condensed milk to form a cream.
Put the cream on the pineapple in a refractory.
Take the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until the cream hardens and serve .
Hint: you can leave some pineapple pieces to give a special touch.
NOTE :
