Incredibly tasty! I will certainly serve this again. While I’ve previously made apple dumplings using a recipe with orange juice that my family adores, this new recipe has now become my go-to. It’s truly excellent!

I reduced the sugar to 1 cup and opted for diet cream soda – a fantastic pairing with vanilla ice cream, and the preparation couldn’t be simpler. I even made them again with my 10-year-old niece, and now it’s become “her” dish for family gatherings ????

These are so simple to make; my 7-year-old, Grace, prepared them all by herself. She took great pride in her creation, and I must say, they were quite delicious. Thanks for sharing.

I brought these to work to share with my co-workers, and they were a hit! The balance of crust and apples was perfect. To cut back on sugar, I used diet 7-Up, serving it with ice cream. I will definitely be making these again. Thank you, Ree Drummond, aka the Pioneer Woman, for the recipe.

A fantastic recipe! A friend introduced me to these, and after my son raved about them, I decided to make them. Everyone loved these little apple pies. I used Sprite instead of Mountain Dew, and they turned out delicious! This one’s going in my cookbook for sure. Thanks for sharing!

This recipe is both easy and delicious. The only alteration I made was using large crescent rolls to accommodate two pieces of apple. My family absolutely loves this dish.

I was a skeptic at first, but no more—these dumplings are absolutely delightful! I reduced the sugar to just one cup, and next time, I’ll consider reducing the butter and soft drink as well. Regardless, they turned out perfectly. I served them to my friend for dinner, and she loved them, as did my DH. We enjoyed these dumplings with a scoop of Bluebell vanilla ice cream.

These are truly decadent! I’ve been making them over the past year since purchasing her book. I absolutely love all of her recipes. I haven’t encountered a single disappointment, except for my attempt at Chicken Fried Steak—let’s just say my flour coating and frying skills didn’t quite match up. I’m sure it was my fault! This recipe is a must-have. You’ll thank me! ????
