Ingredients:

20litres boiling water
15 rooibos tea bags
2kg Brown sugar
20g Ncp high Foam Super brew yeast
1kg red Apples

Method:

Add tea bags to your boiling water and sugar after cooling add yeast and Apple’s close tight for 7 days ready to drink
