- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp vanillin sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup orange juice or almond milk
- 2 tsp coffee dissolved in 1 cup hot water
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Beat in all wet ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan or 28 cupcake pan (lined with cupcake holders if desired).
for cake: Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Insert toothpick in middle at 50 minutes and remove it. If clean, remove cake. If not clean, continue baking for 10 more minutes.
for cupcakes: Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Glaze: mix all glaze ingredients, top over cake (cupcakes) and refrigerate.
