* Ingredients:
☞ 1 kg. firm potatoes
☞ 200 g. grated county
☞ 100 g. fresh cheese
☞ 10 g. fresh chives

☞ salt / pepper
* Directions :
Place the potatoes in a saucepan filled with cold water and cook for 20-25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and then grate them over a bowl using a coarse grater
Add the county, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper then mix
Take portions of the preparation then shape small bites using the palm of your hands
Place the bites on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Cover the bites with a little olive oil then bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes
