Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

2 sleeves of ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp parsley, or to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 raw egg
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 as needed seafood seasoning (phillips or old bay)
1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat

Directions

1 – Combine all ingredients, except crabmeat, until pasty.
2 – Slowly fold in crabmeat without breaking it up. Form into patties and fry in a combination of olive oil and butter until golden, about 2-3 minutes each side.
