It’s also a lot healthier than traditional sweet zucchini/carrot cakes or bars, with less sugar and sweeteners, but it’s soo yummy that your whole family will gobble it up. If you want it even healthier, you can omit the cream cheese frosting, but I love the extra sweetness that the frosting adds!
