Antipasto Italienne Salad


  • 1 pkg. DOLE® Chop Chop Italianne Salade Kit
  • 2 cups cooked whole wheat fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup grated DOLE Cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated DOLE Broccoli (florets and stem)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • Salt to taste


  • Toss together ingredients from salad kit.
  • Add pasta, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese and olives to salad; toss to combine. Season with salt, to taste.

Tip: Grate cauliflower or broccoli with hand grater or in food processor fitted with grating plate.
